About Clivanta

Clivanta is a platform for professional-services firms — audit, accounting, tax, and compliance practices — to run the request-and-response loop with their clients: structured, per-item, fully audited evidence collection.

We started with a simple observation: the hardest part of professional services isn't the judgement, it's getting the documents. Firms lose days every period chasing clients over email, re-explaining what's needed, and reconstructing who sent what. Clivanta replaces that with a clean, audited loop — reusable procedures, automatic reminders, a client portal, and a permanent evidence record.

We're building first for Cyprus, where the mix of audit, VAT, tax, payroll and corporate secretarial work makes the document loop especially painful — and then for the wider EU.
